AA Tax Exempt checkmark not working on customer

in our system it's "Abby Sullivan**"

We will have our developers take a closer look at this issue. I did notice that toggling this field on from a lead associated with the customer would change that within the customer's profile, but we would expect it to do the same from the profile page.

This issue should be corrected now.

Also, this customer isn't always exempt from this tax, which is why we created the duplicate in the first place.

The tax exemption is working for newly-created leads, but is not carrying over to this lead. We will take another closer look at this and keep you updated on progress.

Great, can you also please re-create the duplicate customer that was deleted? I need this customer to be AA tax exempt for this one lead and this one lead only at this time.

Ok, I have duplicated this customer profile with a * and without the AA tax exemption that can be used for all other leads.

I will continue to keep you updated on the exemption for the existing lead.

Hey yea... so even a new lead is generating AA taxes. my customer is starting to get upset.

this is is so frustrating and just beyond unnacceptable. why is is it always AA taxes? why can't we get this working?

A new lead with the customer Abby Sullivan (without the *) is generating AA taxes? Can you please provide that lead ID#?
