IO Phone NOT WORKING

My IO Phone is freezing when dialing outbound calls and we're NOT receiving any inbound calls either. Been experiencing this for over 1hour now. Please advise ASAP

are you having issues also emailing out confirmations?

We don't have IO phone but we are experiencing issues sending out email confirmations. Its asking me to enter in our email password, which I'm doing and then not sending the email and saying the password is incorrect. Is yours doing the same?

Who is your email provider?

This is an issue affecting all of IO Phone. We are monitoring and unfortunately don't have a current ETA on when it will be up and running again. We will let you know soon as we have an update.

Google is also experiencing, so if your email is hosted with them it's likely the cause of the issue.

Can you set up a call forward so we're able to receive phone calls???

That wouldn't work as the service is still through Bandwidth
