why are there two damage waivers on my tickets?
Solved
Whenever the damage waiver is selected, the invoice is showing two damage waiver fees. One of the lines says “ damage waiver” and the second line says “damage”, and they both are charging separate charges. I am not able to remove one or both of them. What is going on here?

Hi Cory,
It looks like you have 2 damage fees created. You can go to Settings-->Promotions & Fees and delete the fee called "Damage" as shown below.

This started happening to me too within the last week or two. I’ve had the damage waiver set up for a long time and have made no recent changes, so there must be a new software bug.
Two of my customers who purchased the damage waiver were charged twice and both instances were within this past week.
I followed the advice in this thread and removed the second one under settings–promotions and fees.
One was listed under “damage waiver” and the other is listed under “accidental damage waiver”
There is a field in each that says “approximate time used” and the “accidental damage waiver” had been purchased two times (the two recent times) and the other one had been purchased 50 something times, which is more of an accurate # with my customer history.
This way, I knew which one to delete, the one that only had Two purchases and they were obviously an error.
