IO Workers - all customers unsubscribed from text communications

Any time I try to text anyone via the IO Workers app it gives me the alert that they've unsubscribed. It's 100% for everyone I've tried to text, and none of them are actually unsubscribed, and the texts work just fine on the computer, and on the mobile site, just not on the app.
This just started with the most recent IO update.
Using iOS and the app is updated to the most recent release.
