Workers not seeing available shifts

I may be wrong, but I thought that a worker could see shifts that they are qualified for that still need to be covered and then select them. If so, how do I turn that on? None of them see any shifts, and I have one that I have given full access to test it.

Hi Kirk,

Please see this article on the workers site, and the section towards the bottom about signing up for shifts. It may be that the worker does not have a rank high enough that allows them to see the shifts yet. Let me know if this is helpful or if you need us to look further at this!
