mileage fee not working

I added a charge for mileage from 0 to 30 miles where it was free before. It does not seem to be calculating. Also, Up top I have the fee per mile at 1.50 per hour, is it calculating based on that or based on the distance numbers at the bottom?

Good morning, it's not working because you have all of your zip codes at $0 I did a test quote and added an amount to the zip code 22407 and it calculated the distance charges. I hope this makes sense! You will need to add a $ amount to the zip codes as well if you are using them.

Ok, so If a zipcode is listed it goes by that price first and then by the distance second?

I still have leads that, If I am not careful, will not calculate the delivery charge. This lead won't load a charge at all. #9526545. For other leads I have to click in the amount box and then sometimes it adds it. Same thing for coupon codes.

I am not using zip code. Distance charges are not calculating.

You will need to go to your delivery methods and click to Charge the Distance Charges, see screenshot.
