1. ERS is using Apple Pay soon. They said it will be able to save the card info for future payment. Is this something IO will be able to do?
2. I finished verifying with quick books 48 hours ago and haven't heard anything back. is that normal?

Your merchant Square offers the ability to pay with Apple Pay. If the payment was made through Apple Pay, Google Pay, and AfterPay the card used will not be saved.
Please take a look at this article regarding Square Payments, Apple Pay and recharging cards on file.
Were you trying to sync your QuickBooks account with IO?

Hi, so with ERS this is a new feature that you will be able to save the card. Im wondering if IO can look into offering the same?
So sorry for my other question. I mean to say I haven't heard back from Square yet after being verified. How long does that typically take? its been over 48 hours, they said 1 day.

With Square, you can save the card information on file, but not if the payment was made through Apple Pay, Google Pay, or AfterPay.
I apologize, I am unsure of the turnaround time. I would recommend reaching back out to Square to follow up.
