salesrep_cellphone template variable is empty

We have several templates that use salesrep_cellphone and recently noticed that that variable always populates empty.
Example templates:
- Email template 80835
- Packing list template 1869

Could you let me know the names of each template? Certain variables only work on certain templates...this may be the case on this one...

I’ve investigated this more and the problem is actually that salesrep_cellphone is considered empty by empty(…). Example packing list template (2229):

I tried clicking the edit button on the problem description above but the website responds with “No permissions to view this page!”.

FYI your comment from “5 days ago” has been invisible to me until now. I got the email notification about it but the website showed 0 comments so I figured you’d deleted it. I don’t have a screenshot from back then but this is what I saw immediately after posting my comment:

I do have a ticket in for this...it looks like the "empty" variables are working for everything except the phone numbers...I will keep you posted.
