Customer can't pay

An error comes up when a customer tries to pay for order. Some tokenization error? I've tried adjusting times for drop off and pick up, I tried taking her card over the phone and it always comes up with the same error. It's a debit mastercard. I don't know what the error means. Please help!

This lead is in a quote status in order to see the contract and make payments the lead would need to be in contracted or higher status.

Just this lead. I ended up just sending her an email that was an invoice instead of a quote and she was able to complete the order
