Categories not showing on the drop down menu

The following categories are not showin the dropdown menu of my site:
Modern Bounce Houses
Yard Games
In addition, it seems that I have to contact support every time that I create a category to have it show up on my website. What's the issue?

Your site will need some time to sync with your IO account when you make a new category or item. Just give it some time and it will appear on your site.
