Need Answer

How can l log into my junk box va account for IO. I am locked out and have tried to reset it but I am not getting any email to reset. I need to turn off the phones, download customer info and close out that account. thanks

Yes that email is correct I am receiving other emails from inflatable office at that email but not the reset log in

Ok, I was able to figure out how to log in with that old user. I am trying to access one customer profile or download the info. The business is closed and sold but I needed to fetch some info on a trade with a customer. It says I cannot access it. Is there any way I can download the customer data or access a customer profile without paying and resuming service?

I am going to have to put in a ticket to see what can be done, since you have access to all emails and you are not getting anything sent to any of your emails.

ok, that was an old email I thought we updated when we changed the name of the business to junkbox. I don't have access to that I believe.

Ok, I was able to log in based on using the old business name. The email we have access to is dumpsters@junkboxva.com. However, the business has been closed and sold. I really just need to download the customer info and really just need to look at one customers notes whom we had a trade going with. Is it possible to do that? It says it is locked and won't let me access that info?
