Wrong contract template served to customer?

Hi IO team,

I'm ruinning into an issue where the lead references one contract template, but seems to be serving a different one. I made a video to illustrate. Can you help?

What's the Lead ID on this example? If you were jumping back and forth as a test between locations, this might be a bit harder to track down unless we can reproduce this.

Thanks. I have a member of our team looking at how we can fix this. Since this is a test lead, I assume you don't need this particular lead modified to work properly right away, so I'm going to keep it as it is for the team to see this example.
