I am having an issue setting the maximum delivery distance. I would like it to be set at 35 miles. Can you please help. Thanks

Do you have a distance charge for the 35 miles?

No, I do not want anyone to be able to book anything over 35 miles. Thanks

Ok we have it set so that no one can book over 35 miles.

This is not working! I just had someone book and pay for an event that was 45 miles away. # 8524901

Goo morning, I have done several test quotes and was not able to even get a quote I get an error message I just changed it restrict by total. Please let us know if this happens again.

Now it is not working for orders less than 35 miles. 8567349 Booking Attempt but not allowed due to your settings.

Distance Settings Prohibit Booking: Go to Settings->Distance Charges->Restrict By.

The way the "total" restriction was entered needed adjusted. You should be good now.
