IO Phone Delay/Call Issues

I'm having a problem where I see the phone ringing in IO, but there is about a 15-20 second delay before it rings my cell. Then when I go to pick up the call, the timer where it shows the amount of time I've been on the call is set to 00:00 and stays that way. Then the call hangs up on me but keeps going in IO. This has happened several times and does the same thing when I try to call the number back. It has happened with all of our different numbers listed in IO and most of the calls are from customers who do not have a profile/file yet. How do I fix this glitch?

Are the calls still showing on the phone bar as if they are active? Are you able to send a screenshot of what you are seeing?

They are, but the screenshot below is what shows up whenever I try to place a call or receive one.

Thank you for advising. Our developers are aware and are monitoring and working on this. They have made an update on the server which should help in the meantime.
