Customer Payment Issues

Customers this week have not been able to pay on their own.

Receiving error message of " merchant id not valid"?

Did you recently change anything in Settings->Merchant Services? Have you been able to charge any cards on the back end? I don't see any activity recently, but have you attempted this? Have your reached out to you processor to see if there an issue with your account?

No recent changes. I was still taking payments on the back end.

But when I was notified about it my merchant icon was off and I had to turn it on to activate in inflatable office.

I also went ahead and changed the key for it. Afterward tested and it works for me.

I Will wait to see if anyone else has issues going forward now.

It works. Customer submitted payment on their own through the website.

I am currently having the same issue but my merchant icon is on. Help!!!

If this is happening for all payments you will want to contact your processor
