Need Answer
Sorry just finished watching your IO Phone setting up a phone tree.
It is free to add additional numbers?
For example, customers call business number --> rings--> greeting comes on "press 1 if you already booked, stay on the line if you have any other questions". if they press 1 it will go to my personal number, will that be fine? if the customer holds but no one answers can it get routed to my personal number but if I do not answer my personal number, can get it routed back to the business number voicemail?

I believe that will all work, except that if you weren't to answer your line your voicemail would answer (your io phone voicemail--not personal)
