We don't seem to be receiving alerts anymore when a customer survey is completed? This used to work fine.
The alert is active and set to the correct email address.
Example leads: 6506685, 6622327, 6640851

Ok, I have actually seen this issue a lot lately. I have a ticket in for it and will let you know as soon as it is fixed!
