Hi,
I have had a couple of quotes created by people that fall outside of our delivery distance zones that we've set in IO. The quotes generated by the site list $50 as their delivery fee rather than alerting them that their event is outside of our delivery zone. Is there a way to change this in the online quoting settings? I'd rather not get their hopes up about a cheap rental and then have the booking denied late due to distance.
