Our website has been going with you guys since the middle of March of this year. People have booked rentals with us. I believe it already must have went live months ago

My mistake. Your account only listed a demo site. I believe you have been using this site https://jumpin-jeremiahs-inflatable.business.site/ , then using IO checkout page.

You demo site has been set to IO, so it shouldn't cause an issue for the quote page again.
