Urgent: Why is delivery type suddenly required?

Solved

I have not required customers to select a delivery type on my quote form. In fact, it's not even an option. This morning, customers cannot submit quote requests because delivery type is required.

The only thing I've done that may have caused this, is I added a new delivery type yesterday - "Casino Fundraiser"

Doesn't look like you have a default delivery set. You'll need to set an default in order for this to be properly hidden.

I checked that earlier. TBD is set as the default. Everything comes in as TBD, then we select the appropriate delivery type and send a quote.

Thank you! Do you know what the problem was? Was it something I did?

Not sure, I had to go in and fix the coding and have it choose TBD even though the delivery was hidden. It looks like there were some changes recently on the quote page...not sure if that messed something up in the background.

Thanks, Susan. I did make a change a few days ago to the Guest Count field, which is right next to the hidden Delivery Type field. That's probably where I messed it up.

I did a test quote and it went through but let me know if you have any other issues w/ it
