It use to be when we sent a text reply it would use the number they were texting back. We have multiple numbers. Does IO phone still do this when responding to a text via IO or email?

It does reply to the number that txted them. Even if they switch who their texting - whatever you are answering goes to the line they asked.
Tried it from the same phone texting two different lines asking different questions - when I emailed the response it went back to the line that sent that text
