Io phone only lets me call 1 person and keeps trying to call same person

Every time I try to call a client is keeps reverting to calling a different client I called earlier in the day and wont disconnect the call from within the system. I have logged out and back in. My boss has removed and restored my access. I have restarted my computer and cleared cookies. I have tried different browsers with no change in it. It just keeps trying to call that one client and wont let me place calls to any other numbers. How can I get it to disconnect and allow me to make calls again.

This was happening to us as well. If you click on a call from the Call Log that is still active, there is a little "Active" button with two arrows forming a circle. If you click that, it should reset the call and end it.

Yes, next time go to your call log and see if there's a call that shows that you are still "active" on. Click on this and update it (see screenshot) This happens sometimes if there's a disruption with the server
