Lead setup start date/time and end date/time is always the same

Hello

I use those two column in a report and state and end is always showing the same time which is not the case in any of those leads.

This could be wrong but you may be looking at a funky variable. I think it's because they haven't been routed yet. I attached pics of mine. once a lead is routed it will show the correct time. Before it's routed it pulls the setup window variable (not sure why the end time shows the start time but🤷‍♂.

So I ran it for confirmed events for the next couple weeks...and it only had 3 set up dates set...for the same times. I clicked on the leads though and they were all right?

It is not the lead setup window start and end that i am having trouble understanding it is the lead setup start and end.

If you take lead no#13062527, the setup start should be on the 23th at 12h and end the 23th at 12h45 not 09:00 to 09:00 like shown below ?
