Need Answer
Hey everyone,
I wanted to come on here and ask if you guys use IO to send out emails or if there are any good 3rd party Email Managment systems that you use and that have served you well.
I've been using IO's done for you templates but want to start getting serious into email marketing as we are getting more customers and people through our doors.
Any help or advice you've got is very much appreciated.

Through IO you also have the ability to send out Newsletters

The general consensus is that using a 3rd party like mailchimp is better so that if someone unsubscribes they can still get event specific email. This is largely because we aren't sure how apparent it is for customer to realize if they unsubscribe they won't get those. Additionally, those other providers have more user-friendly templates.
