Looking to get some Insite on how the packing list actually works and how to work it?

What do you mean "how they work"? They show what is to be delivered at each stop and any info you would like to show your crew. Here is a couple templates. They're kinda old but possibly better than the default.
The vehicle list is for the crew to load only. GIves the order and what to load.
