Is there a way to save a lead even though there are conflicts present?
As an example, I have a customer that rented a water slide on a sold-out date. We're concerned that his yard may be too small for the chosen water slide, and since we're sold out that date, I want to keep a water slide on hold for him as a backup. Is there a way to do this without putting the item in maintenance and reserving it that way?
I'd also like to "overbook" certain parties within reason (for example, booking before the cooldown period I have set is over and prioritizing the cleaning of that unit so it's ready to go out again), so being able to override conflicts would be helpful.

You can allow leads to be saved/created with conflicts by going to Settings-->General Preferences and allowing "Admin Conflict Handling".
