is there a way to keep all emails within IO

when we send a quote through IO, any response email goes to our email account only and can't be viewed or responded to within IO

Hi Steve!

The only way this is possible is by adding our CRM module to your subscription! If you would like to do this or see more information about our sales CRM go to Settings-->Subscription and click on the Sales CRM section.
