email/gmail suddenly defaulting to alerts@infltableoffice.com

when receiving an email through gmail with a client's question. all of a sudden when i click reply it is not going to the client's email but to alerts@inflatableoffice.com. i've been hitting reply for over a year an emailing directly to clients. not sure what changed.

This is something new we had to do because not everyone was getting their alert emails...this may be a temporary fix (we are hoping). Yes, sorry for the inconvenience but you will have to copy/paste until a new solution is found!

Following for a solution to this. Copy and paste every time to a reply is very inconvenient new issue.

Due to a change because of spam. We are no longer allowed to fill in the customer's return email address since the email is not coming from them. We have enable a message that appears on the alerts and list the customer email for you to easily access.
