When I responded to the email Please contact Robert Bernatovich, I got this back . Message not delivered to client. You must send an email directly to their email address.

The same problem
Due to changes to IO Alerts you can not reply to these emails without changing the reply address to customer's. The change had to be made for alert efficiency and we are hoping there will be a long term fix soon.

Not too happy about this. It really kills the efficiency of using IO to send emails.
