Not Receiving Emails

I noticed an issue when I send myself a test email, it's bouncing back:

My email is managed by hostinger by an email thing called Titan. When I asked hostinger to troubleshoot, they said something about needing to log into siteground. I have no idea what that is. What is the login for that? This is an emergency!
