Variables Not Working

Hello!

Some variables are not working on some templates.

For example, all of my header variables work on all of my templates, but the item and price variables do not work on one of my invoice templates (that I've found). Instead, it just shows *rentalname*, etc.

I'm not sure how to fix this.

Can you please show an example where you are seeing the variables not working? A lead id or example image and name of template would be helpful.

I attached a photo. This is how it sent...

The template is Customer - Quote (Muncie Warehouse). The Customer - Invoice is also not working correctly. However, both are working for Vista Event Rentals, just not Muncie Warehouse.
