E-mail Template question / Issue

I created a new e-mail in the Email Center following the directions that I found in the Knowledge Center but it does not show up in my dropdown menu in my Leads for me to send. I have tried several different ways, but cannot get it to show up. I would like to have this e-mail where I can send it to my customers if I decide to send it. The two titles are "Customer - Google Review" and "Customer - Google Review Request." I appreciate your feedback on this.

Is it set to manual? is the active box clicked? Try a hard refresh on the browser.

I didn’t change anything and tried restarting everything yesterday and again this morning. It is working now though.
