Time clock punches did not record last week

My employees' punches did not record last week, March 2-5. We did get two punches late in the day on the 5th.
More info:
Punches did record for unscheduled shifts, but did not record for scheduled shifts.
Punches were made on the worker app and on the worker site (broser).
At least one of these punches did record last week, but it is gone now. We know that because we looked at it to confirm what time an employee clocked in. That was Jackson Brown on 3/4, at approx 9:04am
