Another automatic email failed to send, but WHY?

This has been happening sporadically but we never get an actual answer as to what causes this to happen. I cannot rely on the automations if they do not go out as expected


After a deposit is paid, generally, an auto email goes out called "deposit paid". Here's the log from both the customer log and auto email log.

Ok, this one when you look it up on the lead...the reason isnt making sense at all...I am having a developer look at this one too

Ok, on this one it's a copy of another lead...so the system thinks it's actually a "completed" lead and so it's not going to send this type of automated email out on a completed lead.

Can you suggest they fix this, please? The logic not making sense
