how to send email templates from alt. email (not sales rep email)

Hello
Is there a way to format automatic iO email templates to send from our logistics@soundoffexperience.com email and NOT the lead's sales rep?
We'd like the following email template to come from our logistics team:
https://rental.software/account/#/settings/emailcenter/email_custom,165405
May it's possible to utilize zapier webhooks to trigger these emails so they come from the logistics team? Looking for guidance.

Any Automatic emails would be sent w/ your email settings under email preferences (company/workers)
You could set up this w/ Zapier and then have the emails sent this way. Though I'd think you would have to set up a filter/API/automation to zapier for every single email you wanted sent out?
