Auto Email Sent But Not Sent?

We had a customer email us advising they keep receiving "payment receipts" but their event was ages ago.

See attached screenshot of the email along with the lead.

The log does not show an email was sent but the email screenshot from customer clearly shows he received one just now?

I have opened a ticket for this issue will update when fixed.

Here was the reply on the ticket for this issue: turns out that we only sent it once as we should have. the issue would have to be with his mail server not removing it from the queue. we send to his mail server and then it sends to the recipient. it must be stuck in his server.
