I just tried to send an email invoice and got the following error. I don't seem to have any issues sending email through my email provider before and after this error.

Error: Failed to set sender: party@jumparoundva.com [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: 452, response: 4.3.1 Insufficient system storage)]

This message normally means that you are unable to send/receive emails until you delete messages...you are out of storage (Insufficient system storage)

in my private email or in IO? I am able to send and receive emails in my private email with no issues. I am only getting this error in IO.

ok, I am showing over 14GB of free storage and am having no problems sending and receiving emails there...only through IO.

You are the only customer getting this error so I don't think this is on the IO side.

You said 14gb free, is this your email server or your computer?

It looks like your mail server is mailchannels.net / dreamhost?

You need to check with them if there is a limit on your email account.

Ok thank you. I have checked with them and with my gmail that it feeds to. 14gb is free on my email server. I was able to send some emails out since then. I have had no problems in dreamhost or in the gmail where I typically send and receive.
