Customer Type is a drop down select box on the customer profile (and on each lead) when it's activated in Optional Fields. Each customer can only belong to one "Customer Type." (This feature should not be confused with "Customer Tags" which allows you to "tag" each customer with multiple customer tags. You can use customer field to run filters for emails, reports, etc.
