Any user or vendor to users of our software can create and offer Add-Ons for other users to use for free or purchase. To submit an Add-On to be listed, go to the Add-Ons settings page and click to Add.

When adding, fill in all the information you can so users know what it is they are purchasing and the cost. The status field is reserved for our staff to set one an add-on is reviewed. You can set the add-on to be free or cost a certain amount either one-time, monthly, or yearly. The message section is meant to be information to the user on how they begin to use what they have added. The contributor will be pulled from your company name listed on the software account you are using.

Add-Ons will be reviewed by our staff to make sure they are acceptable. You must provide good service to your users to keep your add-on from being removed from the listings. As part of listing add-ons, you will be required to sign an agreement describing the service. One thing that will be included is mention of our service fee. Since we are performing the billing, we have many fees and potential liabilities we will incur. For instance if the purchaser is buying in an area that we are required to charge sales tax for, we will add that to the cost and manage remitting that to the proper authorities. As such our fee starts at 30% of the revenue charged. We may negotiate lower rates based on many factors such as number of users.
You will have to provide ACH information because we will bill your subscribers and send your percentage monthly directly to your checking account. Reductions in revenue due such as refunds and charge backs will be removed from the current monthly payment to be sent.
If a subscription billing fails, we will email you and the subscriber. We will attempt 5 and 10 days later. If it still fails, we will simply bill the missed amount with the next subscription billing. You will have the option to turn off their subscription as an administrator of the add-on. At the bottom of the add-on, you will see a list of your subscribers with limited features on managing their purchase. You can also edit the dollar amount they have missed with their subscription payments if you arrange it with the subscriber to do so.
