Cancelations notice

Not a Problem

My customers are receiving a cancelation notice a couple of days before their event. I have not canceled anything, so something automatic is happening. It is causing them to panic and one called a competitor and booked with them. How do I get this fixed ASAP?

Can you provide us lead ids where this behavior has occurred so we can review them?

We need example leads where this has happened so we can look further into the issue. The lead id/number can be found in the top right corner of a lead when opened.

It looks like maybe this was a duplicate lead and so you cancelled this one? In the future if a lead is in the quote status there's no need to "cancel" because it hasn't been confirmed yet. Anytime you mark a lead "cancelled" there is a auto email that would go out. If you go to Settings--Email Center you can turn this auto email off from going out in the future.
