My Website Does Not Load Correctly.

My website is functioning fine (all the links work well). However, the theme of the website is not loading correctly. The borders I have around each section of my website's pages are loading improperly and in the wrong area. It makes the website look unfinished and "like a scam." I have tried to ensure that everything on Wordpress is up-to-date. I've also synced the website via IO (not sure if that does anything but I figured I would give it a shot). What's weird is when I open the page editor via Elementor, everything displays properly (including section borders). How can I fix this issue?

Hi Shane,

Unfortunately, I am still having this issue. Despite two of IO's reps reaching out and the developers looking into the issue, my categories on the homepage are still not showing their respective titles. I am losing my SEO ranking (I was #1 in my area) and trust with my customers. I need to have this fixed asap or I'm going to have to consider leaving IO for another management service. This is unacceptable for the monthly fee I pay. Is there is some form of website maintenance that I need to handle on my end (that is the cause of this)? If so, please tell me and explain it to me in detail. If I could arrange for a phone call so that we can discuss this issue in a quicker manner than online, I'd like to do so. Thank you.

This is my first day back after the holidays. I just looked at your homepage, and it seems to be in order. Are you still experiencing an issue?

Hi Shane, the borders are fixed (thank you). However, now the category & individual item's titles are not showing up anywhere on the site (with the exception of the categories on the home page).

I have the developers taking a look at this it should be fixed soon, I will let you know when this is finished.
