Zip Code Lookup

On the lead screen the zip code looks up the city and county just as it should, but you that same routine be added to the workers module when entering a workers information?
We just found out that the zip code does not look up on workers when we started noticing all the cities was missing in our workers section. Our staff has now gotten used to not needing to know the cities and just do zips and move on, but here that created the issues since the zip does not look up in workers.
Is this a possible addition?
