Zapier of IFTT integration

A Zapier integration would be a great addition to give us much added functionality. Is this something you have considered or would consider adding?

I can't say we'd rule it out, but can you give some examples of why we might integrate with this platform rather than pulling the same integrations into our service instead?

FYI - we did add Zapier integration earlier this year

Hey Joel,

Is the Zapier integration public? Can I utilize it?

Thanks,

Brendan

Once we have enough people using it, it will be public. Until then it's by invite. Use the link below to access it.

You should be able to access it once you create a zapier account. Then go to the link above and login.

Are "Triggers" not an Option?

We do not currently have any triggers setup. We plan to in the future. If you can tell me what you are trying to do, I may be able to give guidance.

Hi, i'm unable to add the IO app in Zapier using the link above, is this still the best method?

See attached screen grab of what is happening.

Matthew, I'd like to help you get this working. I'll reach out soon. If I get one more user on it, I can make it public and easier for others to find.

Thanks, TIm.

I'm trying to integrate IO with Shipday for deliveries, notifications, etc. Shipday integrates with Zapier, which is how I found myself here.

Any help you can provide is appreciated.

Is this still a thing? Can we use Zapier to integrate with other things?

In particular for us, Quickbooks isn't great in Australia but another accounting software Xero is and uses Zapier. Could we hook this up and have IO send the data to Xero instead of Quickbooks?

It is still a thing. The zapier app is invite only, but I'm working on making it public. The biggest issue is that it uses our API which is limited in scope and may not be able to do what you are looking for. The other issue is that we do not support webhooks yet with it, meaning there isn't a way to trigger the zap to act by doing things in your IO account. Our zap currently only supports inserting leads into your IO account.

That said, I hope to use automations and filters for the webhooks issue this year. That with creating a zap to read leads from the database might enable you to integrate with Zero the way you want.
