Hi,

797474

This event already took place, and we're only catching this one now, but I wanted to show you what was going on with the calculation error in hopes that it will help to solve the problem. I don't think the problem is still happening, but I asked that each of the sales managers double check their orders just in case because I don't know if the actual problem was ever found.

The brixton chair was calculated at $53.75 instead of $215.00 each.

Thanks,

You can do math in the amount box for rental line items. Just for sanity sake, make sure your staff is entering 4*215 instead of 4/215 when they change quantities. When you get me the list of other ones that had issues, I can look further to see if the issue is on our end.

I am pretty sure they just changed /added the quantity but didn't do the math. I'll let them know though.

Also, here's the link to the invoices. matt is going to look through his batch but you can at lease see what's going on.
