How guys I would like to expand my venue section under new leads by adding a special requirement sections I.e section where I can charge for stairs/lifts and metres from van parked.

This would need to added to the online booking form to get a precise quote. You did something like this for the delivery types.

Hi Guys,

How do i permanently set the new attached quote form and feature through my system? It seems to be only on selected leads? Can the Dollar $ be changed to £'s and cell Phone change to mobile number. Please see attachment.

There is no way to do this currently. The only thing you could do is add additional delivery types or specially named rentals to handle these situations.

Hi Thankyou for this idea.

I have category under rentals called hire requirements. Could you set this so it has to be filled in to save page.

In the calendar section can the event reminder be adjusted i.e. drop off reminder 2 hours prior to event rather than 10mins before?

I think my card as expired. I need to upgrade my account. Please advise.

Unfortunately, there is no way to require those fields to be completed at this time.

Are you talking about the Google Calendar? If so, you have to set your default reminder for your Google calendar on Google's site. If not, please explain. Thanks!

Go to https://www.inflatableoffice.com/myaccount/settings.php?page=pages and edit the pages to change what is needed.

Once done, go to Settings->Customer Pages and click delete on the old quote page to switch to the new ones.

Tried to switch to delete old quote page but does not seem to give the option. Im giving an option on the lead but would like this as an permanent fixture.

Hi Guys,

The delivery did not appear for this lead 896561, when selecting tab under surface, Please Advise. The delivery charge of £40 to W10 did not appear on lead 895936, Please advise.

If you go to Settings->Delivery Methods you'll see you have flat fees assigned. These are supposed to be added on to the fee, but it isn't working right. I will look at this.

You'll also notice the Delivery= Yes/no option. If it is set to no then the distance charges are not used which is why it didn't charge based on the post code.

It looks like currently the flat delivery fee and the distance charges are only added if the delivery is set to Yes on the Delivery settings.

Under catergories,

I have listed photobooths and marquees, these are not showing under the rentals on quote form. Please advise.

The categories only show if there are items assigned to that category.
