I got this text message today from IO for workers reminder for shift
As you can see from the top it has some information

I have no idea why that came like that.
My staff gets one text and it works but the 2nd text never seems to work
This particular text was to come to me to remind me of my shift today at 2:00
It came at 9 which was my 5 hour warning text.
I never got the 2 hour warning
For the past few days my staff has been getting the 2 hour warning and not the 5 hour
Also the text is cut off but one of my other staff got the full message at 9am also with all the text showing
Seems to be something up with staff text

Emails and texts can currently only go out once to remind people with the exception of the Event Reminders. We plan to improve this shortly.

So even if we have set up different messages?
I have 2 worker text reminders set up,
Is this only in the workers module part of the sending or does that also include the customer side.
We have messages set up to send clients reminders about past dues, deposits, upcoming events etc.

Currently only one email of each type can go out. So only one payment reminder or one deposit due reminder or one event reminder 1 or one event reminder 2 or one event reminder 3, or one contract reminder, etc
So if you've created duplicates of the same email set to go out at different times, I'd recommend disabling one of them until we allow for this ability.

can you text a worker on an Event Reminder? (the green circle with the check mark) or is it only emails?

The Task Reminders are only emails currently. If you setup the calendar integration with it then google can do phone pop-up reminders.

I have setup google calendar with my workers and gave them access to my calendar when events get booked. They get both emails and phone pop ups a day before and 2 hours before. You can tweak this. This does mean they have to have a smart phone but almost everyone does now.
