when you added the crm stuff to workers permissions about Vmail etc
some of our was set to full by default so you might want to make sure they are defaulting to NONE..
we found it when we was updating our staffs permissions

When the feature was added, it defaulted some things to full so that it can be used/noticed. New workers don't get any permissions by default. Workers would have to have access to the backend pages it resides on in order to do anything with it, so some assumptions about access to those pages and turning on the feature were made, but they aren't made with new worker profiles.
