It looks like your locations changed. In a multi-location account, for security reasons we do not let an account edit another worker unless the locations of the worker being edited are also on the account making the edits. It looks like you used to have the FF LA - Baton Rouge location and now instead you have the FF LA - Lafayette location. I switched all your workers that had Baton Rouge to Lafayette. You should be able to edit them now. You can remove Lafayette if you wish. The issue was that because they had Baton Rouge and your main account didn't, you could not edit them.
