Workers declining events
Answered
Is there a way to take this off (can be just ours). We want our workers to call us not just decline the event on the calendar.
Thanks

You can go to Settings->Email Center and edit the Worker Schedule Email. Delete the Decline text and save it.
You may want to change the Accept text to say Acknowledge and/or add a note about calling if they cannot work the shift.

I changed the text on the email, but I need to be able to prevent them from declining the event when they go to the calendar and click on their shift so they can print their packing slip. It is in a box called Action and it says Decline shift or something like that. I need that gone.......is that possible??

Are you sure that shows there? I looked into it and it appears the only way for them to accept or decline is through the email template. It does show how they responded if they had clicked on accept or decline in an email template. FYI, some people change the accept word to acknowledge and remove the decline so that they know when the worker has seen and acknowledged the shift and at the same time they prevent them from declining.
