Worker - Vendor Contract
Answered
We've used the standard workers contract (Schedule tab>>email). We use this for our vendors as well. However, vendors need different info so we've created other templates based off that standard one. The problem is we cannot get it to work. The html does not copy over has been our experience. Our goal is to have a few different vendor contracts we can use to manage our vendor agreements. Where it says 'template' in the email page, we would like multiple choices. It seems like it would do it, but either we're doing something wrong or it isn't set up to use different templates. Got ideas?
Ideally you would use the Vendor PO as the method for this, but as you have noticed you cannot have more than one PO that works with your leads even though you can create more than one in Settings->Contract Templates. This is on our list to address. So using a Contract Template is an option, however, the issue there is that the payment window will likely show to the vendor, giving them more information than you prefer.
You might want to just create the template as an email you can send for the time being. That would allow you to send it out without some of the online functions like the signature, but at least you could get it to them without them seeing the full event payment details. The workaround to get that template to show in the email templates drop down is to create a new manual email in the email center.
